Tommy Gray
Originally from Kansas City, Tommy graduated from college in New Orleans before relocating to Miami, where he became a high school history teacher. Tommy then decided to move to Dubai to work as an international flight attendant for six years. While traveling to over 80 countries, Tommy visited countless fitness studios around the world. He brings this international perspective to his outlook on life, his classes & his vision for RHYTHM. If you're ready to have some FUN, be preapred to feel like you're at a nighclub in Tommy's classes!

Daniel Lindsay
Not just your membership support but your biggest cheerleader on your fitness journey, Daniel has experienced the challenges and transformations of a healthier lifestyle firsthand. He understands the struggles of taking the first step and aims to make it less intimidating for you. Daniel's fitness journey began as a personal quest for well-being, emphasizing the power of community, motivation and celebrating small victories. Now part of the RHYTHM team, he's excited to share that passion with you!

Bekah Berardi
Orignially from southern Ohio, Bekah has called Kansas City home for the past 14 years and is currently pursuing a full-time law degree. As a seasoned cycle enthusiast since 2015, she began teaching in 2021 and has swiftly become a driving force in our community. In Bekah's classes, anticipate a blend of inspiration, challenge and a strong sense of community. Her approach goes beyond physical fitness, creating a safe space for personal growth and fostering an environment where the once-unattainable becomes achievable. Beyond the studio, Bekah shares life with her spouse, Nick, and their two dogs, Henry and June, along with their cat, Iggy. Join Bekah for an invigorating and uplifting fitness experience where body transformation meets the strength within your soul.

Carly Martin
After relocating to the KC area from Southwest Kansas in 2020, Carly discovered a passion for cycling at a local gym. Having taught cycle since 2022, her classes are known for high energy, beat drops and hip-hop music. Outside of the studio, Carly works as a dental assistant and cherishes quality time with friends and family.

Yoga & Fit Body Instructor
Jared Freemon
A Kansas City native, Jared has been immersed in fitness since 2018, evolving from a yoga enthusiast to a dynamic fitness fanatic, specializing in group workouts that make sweat sessions feel like a party. Whether it's finding zen on the mat or motivating a crowd to crush their fitness goals, he is all about spreading the joy of movement. Outside of fitness, Jared is a finance leader for a local nonprofit.

Fit Body & Cycle Instructor
Josie Williams
Originally from the Illinois side of St. Louis, Josie's been a certified group fitness instructor for five years. Outside of teaching fitness, Josie works full-time as a travel nurse recruiter. With a love for family and travel, her classes promise high energy, motivation, pop music and loads of fun. Josie's classes welcome both first-timers and experienced fitness enthusiasts alike.

Liz Torres
The spicy queen from the sunny west coast, Liz conquers academia by day then she transforms into your #1 hype girl on the bike by night. Liz delivers a sizzling ride, offering uplifting energy, undeniable motivation and unwavering support for all fitness levels. In class, expect to hear Liz's favorite beats: Latin, R&B, hip hop and old school.

Maggie Bourk
After falling in love with cycling just over two years ago, Maggie hasn’t stopped riding since! Similar to her personality, Maggie has an eclectic music taste and believes there should be something for everyone in every class! She aims to make her riders feel GOOD and you can expect both a party and a spiritual experience during her rides.

Mya Fillingham
A dedicated data analyst and mother to an amazing daughter who is a ballerina at the Charlotte Ballet, Mya is also a world traveler and foodie enthusiast. As a RYT 500 with years of yoga teaching experience, she guides individuals on their journey to physical and mental well-being, emphasizing a harmonious balance of strength, flexibility and inner peace. Passionate about the holistic benefits of yoga, she blends traditional techniques with modern adaptations, creating a safe and inclusive space for students to explore their practice and connect with their bodies, breath and inner selves. You'll hear jazz, indie, R&B, chill lofi, pop, hip hop, house and country music in class. You can often find Mya at a local coffee shop with a good book or indulging in fantastic food and drinks.

Sydney Martin
A Midwest gal with an old soul, Sydney is on a mission to inspire people to bring out their full potential and live their best lives, one ride at a time! Sydney has been teaching cycling for 3 years while working full time as a tech sales executive. You can expect an authentic, lively, challenging and rewarding class filled with a variety of music styles that'll make you sweat and have you in your feels. When she’s not cycling, you’ll find her outside, exploring new places with her baby girl (Brady), Great Dane (Sadie), husband (AJ), friends and family.
