Our Classes
CYCLE - a motivating, energetic class with resistance and speed intervals and some choreography while riding to the rhythm of the music.

YOGA - using a variety of poses while focusing on posture, control and breath, our instructors will help strengthen your body, mind and soul.

BARRE - a low impact, high energy workout that focuses on form using low weights and high reps to bring each muscle group to a slow burn while using the ballet barre rails.

SCULPT - a full body workout targeting your lower body, core and upper body using your body weight and small equipment with short cardio bursts.
